Known as the ViewLight NP-P547ULJ, this Laser-LCD projector by Nec features basic specs of 5400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 at a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 747 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 498 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 22 decibels.
