Equipped with LCD technology, the Nec NP300 / EDU offers 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 408 cm can be illuminated with 2200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 272 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2008 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.
