The NC2402ML model is a 3D-DLP projector from Nec, intended for E-Cinema applications, offering 24500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at HD2K 2048 x 1080. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 50000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 34.2 years. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 24500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1363 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 909 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
