The projector NP62 by Nec operates as a BrilliantColor-DLP device with 3000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 1600:1. According to Nec, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

Have invested a lot of time and researched the Bluetooth function myself and unfortunately found little to completely wrong information (at CANCON).
The unfortunately very overpriced Bluetooth stick is used to establish a connection from another device (laptop, cell phone, smartphone, tablet, etc) to the projector.
The USB port on the NP62 projector does NOT allow HUB mode, i.e. only one adapter (either a USB memory stick formatted as FAT12, FAT16 or FAT32, or the Bluetooth stick) may be inserted at the same time.
As soon as something is plugged into the UBS port of the projector, you can use the integrated viewer function (a kind of file explorer with preview, DIA function and image rotation) to view individual files (only photos, NO VIDEOS) in JPG/JEPG/JEP format (no CMYL or progressive, i.e. JEPG2000 formats), GIF (no transparent, animated or interlaced formats), PGN (without alpha, i.e. transparent or interlaced) or BMP files.
Image size may not exceed 4000x4000 pixels, folders may not contain more than 300 files.
The same thing happens via Bluetooth that you can display individual files on the projector. However, NO streams are supported and no films or presentation files or videos are active. A CONCON employee told me the opposite on the phone today in response to this query... well!
It should be noted that the working memory of the projector is 6MB. BUT individual files may be a maximum of 2.5 MB in size. So no >20MP photos!
So if you can split your presentation into individual images (which are sorted NAMENTALLY) and do NOT need ANIMATION, this is a great thing. For everything else and the high price, it‘s a bitter disappointment these days. But NEC had to start somewhere with wireless connectivity back then....
The Bluetooth version and protocol are by the way: 2.0+EDR on 2402-2480 MHz with BIP and OPP profile support.
Other than that, a CLASS BEAMER... no question!

WOW... the hammer dwarf
So I compared four projectors and got the NEC np62 today and it totally blew me away! Light cannon in dwarf format incl. autofocus, screen color compensation, USB, etc.
Good menu navigation, not too loud and tiny.
A small drawback (if you can see it that way) is if you want to project large images but you have to be 4-5 m away.
ABSOLUTE BUY RECOMMENDATION AND I WOULD ONLY GIVE IT AWAY IN EXCHANGE FOR A 4K BEAMER. NEC well done!

Bluetooth
Hello,
I have a question about the projector in question regarding the Bluetooth function.
As I understand it, you can connect the laptop to the projector via the Bluetooth interface and thus present the presentation/movie.
If someone could say something about the quality, how interference-free or not, this function is, I would be really grateful.
