The Nec U300X is a 3D-Laser-BrilliantColor-DLP projector offering 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Nec, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 75 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
