This projector from Nec utilizes 3D-DLP technology, achieving 3600 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Nec, the included lamp lasts up to 3500 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 407 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (20W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
