According to Nec, the PE506WL model provides 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 3000000:1 alongside a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Lens Shift Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 489 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2022, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
