Based on LCD technology, the Nec MC302X device delivers 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 16000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 10000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 13.7 years possible. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.
