Based on DLP technology, the Benq MW529 device delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 13000:1 as a projector. According to Benq, the included lamp lasts up to 4500 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
