Based on DLP technology, the Benq MX764 device delivers 4200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 5300:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Projection Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 564 cm can be illuminated with 4200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 376 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
