This projector is named MW817ST, originates from Benq, and its data sheet shows 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4500 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.2 years based on two hours of use per day. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 98 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
