Known as the LH856UST, this 3D-LED-DLP projector by Benq features basic specs of 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 at a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 66 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
