The technical data of the Benq MX852UST includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 as well as a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 86 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
