The Benq TK850 is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 3000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution alongside a contrast of 30000:1. According to Benq, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2020 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
