The equipment of the Benq MS524A projector includes 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4500 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 3300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 500 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 333 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
