Based on DLP technology, the Benq PW9500 device delivers 6500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 2800:1 as a projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 819 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 546 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
