The ES500 model is a 3D-DLP projector from Benq, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 at SVGA 800 x 600. According to Benq, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
