Based on DLP technology, the Benq MH740 device delivers 4000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 11000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 429 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
