The Panasonic PT-TX340 is a LED-LCD projector that brings 3200 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 16000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 10000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 13.7 years when used for 2 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 92 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 329 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic.
