Known as the PT-RQ25K, this Laser-DLP projector by Panasonic features basic specs of 20000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at a UHD (4K2K+) 3840 x 2400 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 20000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1232 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 821 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
