The Panasonic PT L701SDE is a LCD projector offering 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Panasonic, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 275 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 183 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 28 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2001 and is no longer part of Panasonic's current product range.
