The PT-EX500E model from Panasonic combines LCD technology in the Stationary sector with 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Panasonic's current product range.
