The PT-MZ670 model from Panasonic combines LCD technology in the Stationary sector with 6500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 6500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 819 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 546 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
