Based on DLP technology, the Panasonic PT-RS30K projects images in a Event environment, with technical specs listing 27000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1431 cm can be illuminated with 27000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 954 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
