The Panasonic PT D7600E is a DLP projector offering 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600:1 and a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 656 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 437 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic.
