A projector from Acer is the M550, whose DLP model delivers 2900 ANSI lumens, a resolution of 4KESHIFT 2716 x 1528 and a contrast of 900000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Projector Calculator is recommended. Looking at practical performance, up to 547 cm can be illuminated with 2900 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 365 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 29 decibels.
