Behind the name X1229HP is a 3D-LED-DLP projector by Acer, whose main features include 4800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 4800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 603 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 402 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. This model dates back to 2023 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
