Behind the name H6518BD neu is a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Acer, whose main features include 3400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Acer, the lamp has a durability of 3500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 3400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 592 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 395 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it.
