This projector is named SL 710X, originates from Acer, and its data sheet shows 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 275 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 183 cm. Since entering the market in 2001, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
