With the X1228Hn, Acer offers a 3D-LED-BrilliantColor-DLP projector that features 4800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. Looking at practical performance, up to 603 cm can be illuminated with 4800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 402 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2023 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
