The projector X1161A by Acer utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 at a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 435 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 290 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
