The P6605 model from Acer combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 753 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 502 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
