Behind the name HL6810 is a 3D-LED-DLP projector by Acer, whose main features include 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. Acer lists a runtime of 20000 hours for the LED in this projector – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 643 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 429 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Since the projector supports Miracast and Ezcast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
