The hardware properties of the PT LB423 manufactured by Panasonic include 4100 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 16000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Regarding projection size, the value of 4100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 558 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 372 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic.
