Based on DLP technology, the Acer X1220H device delivers 2700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 3000:1 as a projector. According to Acer, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 453 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 302 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
