Model Overview Based on DLP technology, the Acer P1166 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Acer, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours.
Regarding projection size, the value of 2500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 435 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 290 cm.
For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported.
This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.

Price performance super The so-called rainbow effect can only be recognized if you quickly rattle your eyes -- who does that anyway.
Picture, resolution and operation simply top.
I recommend the projector to anyone who intends to buy one.

5 Stars recommended for occasional video evenings
the device is quiet, for DVD or soccer from time to time it is completely sufficient. Not necessarily suitable for connecting to a PC due to the low resolution, unless you only show a few photos or presentations from time to time (not too small font).
