Categorized in the Short Distance segment, the U5530 projector from Acer projects with a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution, alongside 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 18000:1. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 50 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2019 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
