The Epson EH TW650 is a 3D-LCD projector that brings 3100 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution alongside a contrast of 15000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4500 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 566 cm can be illuminated with 3100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 377 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Since the projector supports optional Miracast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
