The EB-G7905U is a LCD projector by Epson, whose specifications list 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 7000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 850 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 567 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
