With the EB Z8350W, Epson offers a Laser-LCD projector that features 8500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Epson, the included lamp lasts up to 2500 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 8500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 937 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 625 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
