Based on LCD technology, the Epson EB-815E projects images in a Short Distance environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 32 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since the projector supports Miracast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
