The projector EB 460 by Epson utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2500 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains one of the frequently accessed models in our database.
