The XL1520i model is a 3D-DLP projector from Acer, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Regarding projection size, the value of 3100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 566 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 377 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Thanks to support for optional Miracast and Ezcast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. Since entering the market in 2022, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
