A projector from Acer is the P1285B TCO neu, whose 3D-DLP model delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 20000:1. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 500 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 333 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
