A projector from Acer is the H6530BD, whose 3D-LED-DLP model delivers 3500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 10000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 401 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
