Known as the XL8, this LCD projector by Mitsubishi features basic specs of 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2500 hours for this projector's lamp. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. Since entering the market in 2003, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
