With the WD380U EST, Mitsubishi offers a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector that features 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Mitsubishi, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 75 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 538 cm can be illuminated with 2800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 359 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Mitsubishi's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
