Based on LCD technology, the Mitsubishi SL2U projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Mitsubishi, the included lamp lasts up to 1500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 302 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 201 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. This model dates back to 2002 and is no longer part of Mitsubishi's current product range. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
