Based on DLP technology, the Mitsubishi FD730U device delivers 4100 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 3000:1 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector. The achievable distances are shown in the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 651 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 434 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
