As a projector, the Mitsubishi HC6000 combines LCD technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 13000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 22 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
